We provide all-round and integrated warehousing services with bonded and unbonded, multi-customer and customer-specific logistics facilities, logistics management, and transshipment centers in customer non-bonded warehouses.

Our Warehousing Services

Warehousing services provide a secure place to store goods until they are ready to be shipped or sold. Warehouses can also provide a variety of value-added services, such as order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory management.

• Non-bonded warehouse services: Non-bonded warehouses are used to store goods that have already been cleared through customs and are ready for distribution.
• Bonded area (bonded warehouse) warehousing services: Bonded warehouses are used to store goods that have not yet been cleared through customs. This type of warehousing is often used for imported goods that are awaiting customs clearance or for goods that are being exported.
• Logistics services in the customer’s non-bonded warehouse: Some logistics companies offer services to manage the storage and distribution of goods in the customer’s own non-bonded warehouse.
• Cold/frozen air warehousing services: Cold/frozen air warehousing services are used to store temperature-sensitive goods, such as food and pharmaceuticals.
• Value-added services (VAS): VAS can include a variety of services, such as order fulfillment, packaging, inventory management, and light assembly.

What our Warehousing Services Cover

Our warehousing services can work with airline transportation to provide a complete logistics solution for our customers. For example, a customer who imports goods from overseas can use our bonded warehouse to store the goods until they are cleared through customs. Once the goods are cleared, we can then use our airline transportation services to ship the goods to the customer’s final destination.

• Receipt management (product acceptance and quality control): We accept and inspect all incoming goods to ensure that they meet our customers’ quality standards.
• Loading, unloading, picking and packaging services: We provide efficient and reliable loading, unloading, picking, and packaging services for all of our customers’ goods.
• Non-bonded warehouse stock management and tracking systems: We use state-of-the-art warehouse management systems to track and manage our customers’ inventory in our non-bonded warehouses.
• Return, quarantine goods management: We manage the return and quarantine of goods for our customers in accordance with all applicable regulations.
• Value-added services (packaging, barcoding, production/expiration date checks, lot/batch checks, labeling, re-packaging, mix casing, assembly, shrinking, packaging/depalletizing): We offer a variety of value-added services to our customers, including packaging, barcoding, production/expiration date checks, lot/batch checks, labeling, re-packaging, mix casing, assembly, shrinking, and packaging/depalletizing.
• Pack material and consumables management: We manage the procurement and inventory of all pack materials and consumables used in our warehousing operations.
• Order preparation, POD and invoicing services: We prepare orders for our customers and provide them with PODs and invoices.
  Integration with external ERP systems: We can integrate our warehouse management systems with our customers’ external ERP systems to provide them with real-time visibility into their inventory levels and order status.
• Sample preparation procedures: We have developed and implemented comprehensive sample preparation procedures to ensure that all samples are prepared accurately and consistently.
• Pallet preparation procedures: We have developed and implemented comprehensive pallet preparation procedures to ensure that all pallets are loaded and secured safely.
• Services for the import and transfer of bonded material: We offer a variety of services for the import and transfer of bonded material, including customs clearance and transportation.

Our Value-added Services

Our value-added services can provide a complete logistics solution for our customers. For example, a customer who manufactures products overseas and sells them in the United States can use our value-added services to manage their production logistics, and then use our airline transportation services to ship their finished products to the United States.

• Pack material planning: We help our customers to plan their pack material needs and ensure that they have the right materials on hand at the right time.
• Receipt and control of raw materials, and their packaging at the production plant: We receive and control all incoming raw materials and ensure that they are packaged properly before they are used in the production process.
• Management of non-bonded warehouse areas at the production plant: We manage our customers’ non-bonded warehouse areas at their production plants. This includes tracking inventory levels, managing picking and packing operations, and providing security for the goods.
• Preparation and ordering of materials to be used in the production line: We prepare and order all of the materials that are needed for our customers’ production lines. This includes raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies.
• Production line maintenance: We maintain our customers’ production lines to ensure that they are operating efficiently and producing high-quality products.
• Transfer of semi-finished goods between lines: We transfer semi-finished goods between our customers’ production lines as needed. This helps to ensure that all of the lines are operating efficiently and that there are no bottlenecks in the production process.
• Receipt of finished goods from the production line: We receive and inspect all finished goods from our customers’ production lines. This helps to ensure that the products meet our customers’ quality standards.
• Arrangement, palletizing and barcoding of finished products from the production line: We arrange, palletize, and barcode all finished products from our customers’ production lines. This helps to prepare the products for shipment and to ensure that they can be tracked throughout the supply chain.
• Order management: We manage our customers’ orders and ensure that they are fulfilled on time and in full. This includes tracking inventory levels, managing picking and packing operations, and coordinating with our customers’ transportation providers.
• Inventory management: We manage our customers’ inventory levels to ensure that they have the right products in stock at the right time. This includes forecasting demand, managing stock levels, and providing our customers with real-time visibility into their inventory.
• Transportation planning: We plan our customers’ transportation needs and ensure that their products are delivered to their customers on time and in full. This includes selecting the right transportation mode, negotiating rates with transportation providers, and tracking shipments.
• Loading of products to vehicles or containers: We load our customers’ products onto vehicles or containers for shipment. This helps to ensure that the products are loaded safely and securely.
